Open the Start menu and click Default Programs and then click Set your default programs. In the list of programs, select your email program and click Set this program as default.

Windows XP

Method 1
Open the Start menu and click Default Programs and then click Set program Access and Defaults. Choose a configuration and then Choose a default e-mail program.

Method 2
Launch Internet Explorer and select Internet Options under the Tools menu, then click on the Programs tab. You must make sure that your email program is set as default. If this is not the case, it should be set as default.

If you access your email via a web interface.

Please note that if you access your email via a web interface, you will not be able to configure "Simple MAPI". You will have to manually transfer files from DT Max. You need to create the PDF file with DT Max and save it on your hard drive (on the Desktop or in My Documents) and then insert it as an attachment to an email to be sent to a recipient.
